Our Process

Our process of managing IT projects is the key to our business!

The first step is to understand the business processes within our client’s company, and then gather the business requirements needed for the project.

We will then carry on a requirements elicitation process to gather the IT requirements for the project.

Once requirements are agreed by both parties, we move on to the design phase.

The design is then developed according to the requirements phase, satisfying both business and IT specifications.

The step that follows is the implementation phase, where we develop the needed system as agreed during the design phase.

Testing then follows immediately making sure the system works as it is supposed to, according to the design which is based on the IT and business requirements of the client.

The final step is maintenance and support, where we manage and maintain the software according to our client’s needs.
